Every person that registers with us as a customer and goes on to purchase our products can be assurred that we take every care to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

We are not happy unless you the purchaser are happy,that's why we have a return policy that covers you the buyer from start to finish and beyond.

All items are guaranteed to reach you or your customer in a very short space of time and in a perfect condition or replacement will be sent.If for some reason when you receive the item purchased you decide that perhaps you made a mistake and now decide that you don't really need or want to keep it,that is not a problem.Send it back to us in the condition you received it within 7 days and we will refund you in full for item.Return postage will be at your expense under these circumstances,however if the item received is damaged or faulty then providing item is returned as received within 7 days we will replace item and refund in full all return postage costs.We cannot see how we can improve on this but are open to sensible suggestions.
